Come fly with the danger noodles, aka - aerial chains with THE Allisin Chainz! In this workshop you'll learn the fundamentals required for aerial chain flow. We will be working with double looped chains. Students will learn various entrances and explore different shapes within the chains with safe exits and transitions. The first hour we will focus on structured learning, with the remaining half hour dedicated to creative play, free movement, and one-on-one instruction.

Pre Reqs: Previous aerial or bondage/shibari or suspension experience.

What to bring: Wear layers! Leggings, sweats, hoodies, etc., - covering skin can make the owies less owie when first learning.
