Intro to Aerial Chains

Pre-reqs: none
Curious about aerial chains but not sure where to start? This workshop is designed for you! Explore drills that get you comfortable with the sensation of the chains, learn a variety of basic grips and shapes, and build strength!

Level 1 Aerial Chains
3:30-5:00pm
Pre-reqs: previous aerial and/or chains experience.
This workshop is designed with students in mind that have previous aerial and/or chains experience, but who may not be super comfortable with inversions or other advanced aerial moves.

Returning to Aerial Chains
5:30-7:30pm
Pre-reqs: previous aerial and/or chains experience, comfortable with inverts.
This workshop is designed for the higher level student in mind with lots of previous aerial or chains experience and who can already comfortably invert.
