Apparatus: Pole AND Lyra
All Levels.
Pre-Reqs: none.
Ready to get moving? This class celebrates a safe space for all types of bodies to learn to enjoy movement, with a focus on what safe aerial practice looks like in a larger body. Weeks will alternate between Lyra and Pole to promote building strength in a variety of areas. This series is mixed level with each session being tailored to provide appropriate content to the individuals enrolled. Beginners welcome!

Intermediate
Pre-Reqs: solid static spins, pole sits, half climb or step up.
This class is best suited for students who are ready to work on stronger climbs, more aerial shapes up the pole, and building strength for inversions. Students should be comfortable with static spins, pole sits, and at least a half climb or step up.

Do you want to work on your strength and conditioning for pole? Do you get really bored when you're grinding out repetetive exercises? Join me for a six-week series where we will work on our strength and conditioning through fun, looping dance flows that incorporate strength work.

This is a mixed-level beginner class that is suitable for absolute beginners or for dancers who have a few months of pole experience. Variations will be available for different experience levels. We will build strength and body awareness through learning transitions, spins, and tricks and combining them in different ways.

Wednesdays:
7:30-8:45pm Advanced Fow + Freestyle with Brooke
Apparatus: Pole
Pre-Reqs: Invert, Leg Hook, Climb
For advanced pole dancers, this class focuses on classic aerial combos on increasing our capacity to flow, dance, and transition through advanced pole moves using a variety of freedance prompts and loosely structured pole flows. Students should already be comfortable with inverts and have a secure leg hook.

Learn to center dance and flow in your pole journey from the very beginning. This class is for beginners and focuses on creating deeper body awareness, building strength and coordination, and exploring ways in which movement connects together.

Apparatus: Pole AND Heels
Mixed Level.
Pre-Reqs: Pirouette, Static Spins, and previous experience with platform heels.
Recommended for dancers who are familiar with some basic pole flow, this class is all about striking the balance between technical heelwork and fluid pole flow. Get ready to glide, float, slice, sickle, and schwoop.

All Levels, Beginner Friendly
A class designed for students that have familiarity with beginner lyra poses that are looking to expand their understanding of transitions and sequences. We will focus on a short sequence with modifications and progressions every week that can be stylized to individual preferences. Want to improve your free dance? Learn new ways to get into and out of poses? Build stamina in the hoop? Come flow with us! Some beginner lyra experience recommended, with students ideally being able to mount the hoop safely without assistance, but contact instructor for suitability or questions.
